AGC of Iowa Foundation Fundraising

The foundation has developed the following ways for you to make a tax-deductible contribution to the future of the construction industry:

Memorials, Honorariums - Any Amount
A meaningful way to remember someone is to make a charitable gift in their name. In-honor gifts are a unique way to mark a significant occasion in someone's life. Your memorial or in-honor gift to the AGC of Iowa Foundation creates a lasting legacy. An acknowledgement card will be sent to you and to the family of the person you are remembering or the person being honored.

Road Scholars Heritage Society - $1000
The Road Scholars Heritage Society gives special recognition to those who contribute $1000 or more to the Foundation. All Roads Scholars are honored at a Foundation breakfast, presented with a certificate and have their names inscribed in the Roads Scholars Honor Roll that is included on a recognition wall at AGCI headquarters.

Dick Sojka Memorial Golf Invitational - Ranges from $50 to $2000
Held each August, the Dick Sojka Memorial Golf Invitational is the major fund raising event for the Foundation's scholarship fund. For your generosity you will receive signage at the appropriate locations, in the golf program and at the awards presentation following the tournament.

Tom Manatt Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament - Ranges from $50 to $1200
Held each year, proceeds from the Tom Manatt Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament are earmarked to support advanced level highway and heavy construction engineering curriculum at Iowa State University, thus retaining an industry-experienced workforce. For your sponsorship contribution you'll receive signage on the course, recognition in the advanced announcements and at the awards presentation following the tournament.
