Lt. Col. (ret.) Waldo Waldman - The Wingman -
is a Hall of Fame leadership speaker, executive coach, and author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller Never Fly Solo.

He teaches organizations how to build trusting, revenue producing relationships with their employees, partners, and customers while sharing his experiences as a combat decorated F-16 fighter pilot and businessman. He is a highly experienced combat veteran with over 2,650 flight hours and sixty-five real world combat missions, having flown both in Iraq enforcing the "No-Fly Zone" and in Yugoslavia during Operation Allied Force in 1999. Some of his military honors include five Air Medals, two Aerial Achievement Medals, four Air Force Commendation Medals, and two Meritorious Service Medals.

Recent regulatory announcements from the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) on the topic of Silica dust have the potential to have a profound impact on our industry. In preparation for the change, professionals across the industry have begun to consider the implications of the new regulations. Being a leader in the power tool industry, we have seen a surge of interest on the topic. Customer's have been reaching out and asking us for help understanding what the new regulations mean for them.

This panel will have open dialogue where members can ask the opinions and insights of industry leaders regarding topics which affect our industry today and into the future. It will also give industry leaders the opportunity to introduce and discuss issues important to them.

Ryan plans to compare/contrast the old sections of Chaper 85 of the Iowa code to those as amended effective July 1, 2017. Focus will be mostly on the practical effects of these changes.
